Juanita “Bay Bay” Verdin Fitch, 71, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, December 31, at 3:34 p.m.
She is survived by her sons, Felix Fitch Jr. and wife Holly and Enos Fitch and companion Jenna; daughters, Marlene Fitch and companion David, Karen Solet and husband Donald, Jackie Keifover and husband Jason and Rhonda “Julie” Eschete and husband Darrell; brother, John Verdin; sisters, Clara Jane Fitch and Shirley Landry; 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Joseph Fitch Sr.; parents, Enos A. Verdin Sr. and Pearly C. Trosclair; brothers, Enos Jr. and Anthony Verdin and Roy Trosclair; and sisters, Inez Parfait and Eva Fitch.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, January 5, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
