Judith Colwort

Judith Josephine Colwort, 70, a native of Bourg, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Dec. 10, 2010.

Ms. Colwort was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. She was employed by State Farm/Janet Henry Ins.

She is survived by the father of her children, Earl McElroy Jr.; son, Myron (Stacy) McElroy; daughters, Stacie (Mark) Lirette and Roxane (Bobby) Webster; brothers, Aubrey (Brunella), Henry Jr. (Connie), Roger (Donna Lee), Hanson (Janet), Russell “Red” (Robyn), Gerald and Lonnie (Julie) Hornsby; sisters, Sybil (W.J.) Sangster, Audrey (Ronald) Richard and Mary Rayburn; and six grandchildren, Christopher and Shane Webster, Devin and Aaron McElroy, and Heather and Holden Lirette.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Sr. and Lucretia Rogers Hornsby; and one brother, Jerome Hornsby.

She is buried at St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery.
