Feinberg promises improvement for claimants

January 24, 2011Judy Lafont Lirette, 68, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died at 10:31 a.m. Monday, Jan. 17, 2011.
Mrs. Lirette was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church Ladies Altar Society.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen (Clark) Dugas; son-in-law, Brian LeBlanc; one grandchild, Matthew LeBlanc; one great-grandchild, Kirsten Ledet; and sister, Cheryl Domangue.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emos J. Lirette; parents, Wallace and Thelma Pellegrin Lafont; daughter, Caprise LeBlanc; and brother, Roland Lafont Sr.
She is buried at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery.
