Junius Jules Hue, 69, a resident of Bayou Blue, La. and a native of Pierre Part, La., died at 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2007.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 8 to 11 a.m. at Bayou Blue Methodist Church. A mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Rogers cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Jerlyn Porche Hue; his father, Ozeme J. Hue; his sons, Christopher Hue and wife, Amy, and Kim and Marti Trahan; his daughters, Margie Hue and Christine Bertinot; his brohters, Jimmy, Harry and Ernest Hue; his sisters, Emily Blanchard, Shirley Scully, Lucy Mae Daigle, and Agnes Esteve; his grandchildren, Lauren and Abby Hue, Jessie Bertinot Jr., Brady and Kelly Buquet, Kristi Schieffler, Katie Hebert, and Kimberly Trahan; and his great-grandchildren, Kay Lynn Theriot, Nathan Hebert, Caleb and Maddison Schieffler, Carson Trahan, and Brooke, Tyler and Kelsey Buquet.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Sedotal Hue; his son, Ricky Trahan; and his brother, Percy Hue.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
