December 23, 2009Kenneth A. Gervais, 71, a native of Paradis and resident of Raceland, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009.
Mr. Gervais was a parishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church. A U.S. Army veteran, he was also a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Foret Gervais; son, Ken (Lisa) Gervais; daughters, Joy (Michael) Babin, Kay (Gia) Gervais; brothers, Marvin, Tracy and Houston Gervais Jr.; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston Sr. and Clotilde Gervais; and brothers, Harry and Bryan Gervais.
He is buried at St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery.
