Kerry James “Kknukka” Eschete, 19, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Schriever, La., died Saturday, September 20.
He is survived by his parents, Chad Eschete and Lisa Pellegrin Eschete of Schriever; one brother, Kaine Eschete of Schriever; one sister, Kalli Eschete of Schriever; grandparents, Jeannie and Elbert Pellegrin of Schriever and Warren and Betty Eschete of Houma; his great-grandmother, Viola Eschete Norman of Houma; numerous family and friends; and one true love, Kala Marie Benoit of Thibodaux, La.
He was a detailer for John Deere in Thibodaux and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He was an organ donor.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a memorial fund set up at any Capitol One Bank in Kerry Eschete’s name would be appreciated.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 24, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, September 25, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with mass to follow. He will be buried at the church cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
