L.J. “Boo” Perk, 65, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, November 18.
He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Kelly Perk; his mother, Virgie Himel Perk; one adopted son, Chad Joseph Hawkes; three daughters, Vicki P. Fields, Monika P. Leger and Tara P. Richard; one sister, Brenda Perk; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leander J. Perk Sr.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, November 21, at Thibodaux Funeral Home with services to follow at the funeral home chapel.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
