Landry “Buddie” Mouton, 77, a native and resident of Gueydan, La., died Friday, May 14, 2010, at his residence.
Mr. Mouton served in the U.S. military for seven years and worked in the oilfield for 23 years.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Muriel Margaret Trahan-Mouton; sons, Bradley Paul (Colette), Tung Van, Brian Lee and Albert Landry Mouton; daughters, Terry Lynn (Adam) Dora, Bessie Pauline (Joseph) Mouton, Alma Lynn (Micheal) Smith and Tracey Cardette Mouton; sister, Estelle Petry; brother, Raymond “Bozo” Baptist; 21 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
He is buried at Gueydan Cemetery.
