Leanus “Frog” Allridge Jr., 54, a native of Montegut, La., and a resident of Chauvin, La., died Friday, January 8.
He is survived by his brother, William Smith and wife Etta N. Smith of Houma, La.; and sisters, Joann Allridge Smith and husband Calvin Smith of Houma, and Elizabeth Allridge Vincent of Chauvin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albertha Smith Allridge and Leanus Allridge; brother, Wilfred Allridge Sr.; sister, Mollie Allridge; and grandparents, Jasper and Paige Smtih, and Leanus Allridge Sr. and Virginia Mitchell Allridge.
He enjoyed playing football.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, January 17 at Community Funeral Home with the funeral services to follow. Burial will be at Bisland Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
