Learine Marie Boudreaux, 59, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Chauvin, La., died at 1:04 p.m. Saturday, March 13, 2010.

Mrs. Boudreaux was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a homemaker and a seamstress.


She is survived by her husband, Charles Joseph Boudreaux Sr. of Chauvin; daughters Stacy (Timothy) Alexander of Lockport, Melanie (Cary) LeCompte of Chauvin, Traina (Jean’) Voisin of Houma, and Joanie (Wade) Liner of Chauvin; son, Charlie Boudreaux Jr. of Chauvin; sister, Marylene Sevin of Chauvin; and four grandchildren, Jared and Trevor LeCompte, Deacon Liner and Nylah-Sophia Liner. She also leaves behind her beloved dogs, Pete and Bella.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fragius Joseph and Ayola Domangue Sevin.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
