Lenora Boquet McClendon, 90, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and a resident of Gray, La., died Monday, November 3.


She is survived by three daughters, Jeanelle McClendon of Thibodaux, La., Diana Trahan and Dorothy Guidry of Houma, La.; two brothers, Carroll Boquet Sr. and Bert Boquet; two sisters, Joan Chiasson and Thelma Chauvin; four grandchildren, John Heron, Monique Guidry Tijor and husband Randy, Toby Trahan, and Patricia Trahan Freeman and husband Larry; four great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. McClendon; her parents, Albert Boquet and Rosemary Prosperie Boquet; one grandson, William H. Heron; and four sisters, Myrtha Duplantis, Rosemary Himel, Joy Ann Boquet and Wilma Boquet.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Stinkers. She was a heart-warming person and mother to everyone.

Liturgy of the Word will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 6, at Chauvin Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
