Leo Junius Robinson, 69, a native of Des Allemands, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died Saturday, March 30, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Bennetta Robinson; sons, Curtis (Wanda) Folse, Shamari Bethancourt and Danelle Hall; daughters, Judy Robinson, Shelita (Michael) Smith, Patrice Chapman, Tira Hall and Kayla Mitt; sisters, Virt Poindexter and Jacquelin (Gerold) Westley; 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mable and Leo Robinson; brothers, Charles and Lloyd Robinson; sister, Betty Griffin; and grandparents, Mollie and Arthur Robinson and Leola and Dos Williams.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at New Rising Sun Baptist Church in Houma, La., with services to follow. Burial will be at Mt. Airy Baptist Church Cemetery in Boutte, La. (Kennedy)
