Neighbors angered over blight

Leonard ” Bay Bay” Folse Sr., 45, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010.
Mr. Folse was Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Folse; mother, Audrey Folse; father, Albert Smith Sr.; son, Leonard Folse Jr.; stepsons, Reginald Lewis Jr. and Tristan Verdin; brothers, Alfred, Curtis, Lionel, Tyrone, Percy and Terry Folse; stepbrothers, Shawn Michael Bradley and Albert Smith Jr.; stepsisters, Mona Faye, Tammy and Melody Smith and Patrice Stewart; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Sr. and Mary C. Folse, and Alvin and Elnora Smith.
He is buried at Brooklyn Cemetery in Raceland, La.
