Leonard B. Otillio Jr., 70, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Phoenix, La., died at 11:33 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011.

Mr. Otillio was Catholic and in the Air Force Reserves. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis and Hyde Gallery Art Club. He was an artist and the owner of Artisan Signs.


He is survived by his wife, Floann Baker Otillio; mother, Ida LeCompt Otillio; sons, Leonard III, Warren and Michael Otillio; daughters, Sheri Otillio and Kelly Hanna; brother, Douglas Otillio; sisters, Annelle Miroue and Andrea Yancovich; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Otillio Sr.; and grandparents, Claude and Annelle LeCompt, and John and Elizabeth Otillio.
