Lillian Rhodes Naquin

Lillian Rhodes Naquin, 98, a native of Montegut, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009.

She is survived by her daughter, Diana N. Edmonson; four grandchildren, Dawnelle Flash, Barry Naquin, Stephanie Leger and Stacy Edmonson; five great-grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha and William Leger and Melissa and Dwight Domangue, Jr.; and sisters, Rita Cargill and Anna Lee Price.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gustav and Amanda Guidry Rhodes; son, Narvil Anthony Naquin; one grandson, R. Baylis Edmonson, Jr.; sisters, Vivian Boquet and Elodie Ducet; brothers, Myrtile, O’Neil, Thomas and Hancil Rhodes.

Mrs. Naquin was a homemaker and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. until service time, at the church. Services will begin at 11 a.m.

She will be buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
