Panty-clad man arrested in Mulberry area

Lillie Roussel Prejean, 94, a resident and native of St. Charles Community, LA., died at 1:23 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2007.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. funeral time, in which a mass will take place, Wednesday at St. Charles Borromeo in Thibodaux, LA. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Thibodaux.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Audrey Waters Roussel; 2 nieces, Robin Roussel Young and husband, Steven, Charmaine Roussel Thionville and husband, Rene; her nephew, Louie J. Roussel III and wife, Sally; 4 great nieces and nephews, and 8 great-great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar J. Prejean; her parents, Louis J. Roussel Sr. and Bertha Breaux Roussel, and 2 brothers, Louis J. Roussel Jr. and Ervin J. Roussel.
She was a past President of the Garden Club as well as a longtime member of the Professional Women Club and a member of so many other clubs and organizations. She was also the owner of the Style Shop in Thibodaux.
Landry’s Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
