Linda Hodges Duplantis, 64, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and resident of Houma, La., died at 8:27 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011.
Mrs. Duplantis was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved Jesus with her whole heart! She never met a stranger and won many souls for the Lord. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Hodges; daughters, Stacey Ledet and Wendy Robichaux; sister, Cheryl Constant; brother, Elmer Nunn II; and five grandchildren, Nicholas and Chloe Ledet, Lilly and Cade Robichaux and Callie Hodges.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hodges; parents, Elmer and Evelyn Nunn; and one brother, Timothy Nunn.
The family would like to thank the staff of Maison Deville Nursing Home and Haydel Memorial Hospice. (Chauvin)
