Lindsey Robert Fontenot, 25, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Friday, July 2, 2010.
Mr. Fontenot was a copy technician for Copy and Camera. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church and he loved entertaining his friends and family and truly lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed working and accessorizing his and his friends’ vehicles.
He is survived by his parents, Lindsey Michael and Ava Popay Fontenot; fiancé, Jessica Toms; sister, Lauren (Jeremiah Verrett) Fontenot; grandparents, Lindsey J. and Aline Fontenot and Catherine C. Popay; uncles and aunts, Carl Fontenot, Dudley “Boo” (Danette) Talbot, Denise F. Pellegrin and George R. Popay Jr.; godchildren, Gabrielle and Logan Jones and Mia Folse; and numerous cousins and many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George R. Popay Sr.; and cousin, Drake Dupre.
He is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No.2.
