Linton P. Fonseca, 72, a native and resident of Gheens, La., died Monday, September 22, at 12:50 p.m.
He is survived by his son, Mike Fonseca and wife Lisa; daughter, Patrice Brunet and husband Tony; sister, Molly Breaux; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mona Dufrene Fonseca; parents, Sidney and Enzy Dufrene Fonseca; and sister, Loyceray Sweeney.
He was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Gheens.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, September 25, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday, September 26, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with mass to follow Friday. He will be buried at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport, La.
Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
