Lionel Thibodeaux, 45, a native of Terrebonne, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, November 18.
He is survived by four daughters, Tyra Lynn Smith, Liontesha Davis, Marquisha Davis and Lionkia Davis, all of Houma; five brothers, Peter Thibodaux Sr. and wife Lillie of Montegut, La., Henry Thibodaux, Raymond Thibodaux and wife Judy, Roger Thibodaux and wife Ruby, and Charley Thibodaux and wife Felicia of Houma; two sisters, Marie Ray and Marian Granger and husband Welton of Houma; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Van and Rosemae Celestine Thibodaux; and two brothers, Van Thibodaux Jr. and Herman Thibodaux.
He was Baptist and a parishioner at New Salem Baptist Church.
He was buried at Southdown Cemetery.
Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
