Lloyd Johnson Sr. 86, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Stewart-Johnson; sons, Daniel Sr. (Letha), Floyd (Stacey), Anthony and Jerome Johnson; daughters, Geraldine (Aurestile) Scott, Gwendolyn (Leonard) Ray, Constance Harris and Shirley Wallace; sisters, Eula Woods and Oneida (Fritz) Conley; 20 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henderson Sr. and Louise Johnson; sisters, Octavia and Tilly Johnson, Mable Jackson, Delores Williams, Nancy Mitchell and Mary Carr; brothers, Alex, Willie, Levy and Henderson Jr. Johnson; and son, Lloyd Johnson Jr.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Howard Third Zion Traveler’s Baptist Church with services to follow. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. (Jones)
