Lois Theresa Poirrier, 94, a native of Donaldsonville, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, June 19, 2010.

Ms. Poirrier was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.


She is survived by her sister, Marion Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews.


She is preceded in death by her parents, Augustine Erato and Lozin C. Poirrier; step-mother, Leontine F. Poirrier; sisters, Emma Engeron and June Bergeron; and brothers, Ray and Donald Poirrier.

She is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
