Loretta Pirnie Mouret, 67, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Jeanerette, La., died at 4:35 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2011.


Prior to retirement Mrs. Mouret worked as a teller at First National Bank of Jeanerette, a receptionist at Dr. James Falterman Sr.’s office and a secretary at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.


She is survived by her husband, Charles A. Mouret Jr.; sons, Gregory (Crystal) and Charles III “Trey” (Heidi) Mouret; brother, Glenn (Harriet) Pirnie; sister, Lorraine (Howard) Kingston; four grandchildren; and her loving pet.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin Sr. and Leona Lapeyrouse Pirnie; one son, Eric Mouret; and one brother, Erwin Pirnie Jr.

She is interred at Loisel Cemetery. (David)
