Loretta Parfait Billiot Jackson, 57, a native of Dulac, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died Wednesday, May 14, 2014.
She is survived by her husband, David Jackson; mother, Rita Parfait; son, Michael Neil Jr.; daughters, Maggie Neil and Mandy Jones; brothers, Lawrence and Larry Parfait; sister, Lisa Powell; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Parfait; and brother, Lindon Parfait. (Samart-Mothe)
