Loretta “To-To” Picou Champagne, 85, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, March 31, 2013.
Mrs. Champagne was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Altar Society and VFW Auxiliary. She volunteered for St. Joseph Church and community.
She is survived by her children, Danny (Nancy) and Carroll (Mary) Champagne and Marla (Everette) Lapeyrouse; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Champagne; parents, Franklin and Melizia Picou; brothers, Elies, Clarence, Lawrence and Frank Picou; sisters, Alice Usie, Louise Lapeyrouse and Stella Picou; and one great-grandchild.
Interment is at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
