Lorina Marie Avet Boudreaux, 69, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, La., died at 8:50 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2010.


She is survived by her daughters, Debra (Carroll) Domangue, Tammy Lynn (David) Wallace, Mona (Craig) Hebert, Lori-Ann (Dwain) Bergeron and Joyce (Brad) Theriot; sons, Druis Jr., Andrew and Marty Boudreaux and companion Tina Billiot; brothers, Francis, Ranis and Merlin Avet; sisters, Delores Authement, Louella Zeringue, Yvonne Ordoyne and Elaine Broady; nine grandchildren, Jeffrey Loyd, III; Sierra Domangue, Chantay, Sabrina and Angel Bergeron, Victoria and Michael Wallace, Brittany Hebert, Mercedes Boudreaux and Aiden Theriot.


She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Lucia Gautreaux Avet; daughter, Natalie Loyd; grandchildren, Brandon M. Loyd and Braydon C. Hebert.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday, March 1, at Chauvin Funeral Home, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, at Holy Family Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 1 p.m. at the church.

She will be buried at Holy Family Catholic Church No. 2.
