Lorraine Ordoyne Sanchez, 73, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, Jan. 7, 2011.
She is survived by her son, Terry Sanchez; daughter, Brenda (Robert Andras Sr.) Sanchez; granddaughter, Jill (Chad) Baradell; one grandson, Jeff (Joycelyn) Sanchez; one great-grandson, Wess Durocher; one great-granddaughter, Maria Sanchez; sisters, Anna Ordoyne, Irene Clement, Margarette LaRose, Rita McDonald, Carrie Boudreaux, Rose Hebert, Agnes Glaviana and Linda Rodrigue; brother, Leonie Ordoyne Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Aldwin J. Sanchez; her parents, Leonie Sr. and Lucille Thibodaux Ordoyne; one brother, Clement Ordoyne; and one sister, Doris LaRose.
She is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery.
