Lou Audrey Mae Ross, 59, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Schriever, La., died Tuesday, June 14, 2011.

Mrs. Ross was a homemaker.


She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Ross; companion, Frank James; sisters, Mary and Mildred Hogan; brother, Joseph Hogan; three grandchildren; uncle, Albert Alexis; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Ross Jr.; parents, Viola Stewart and Wilbert Hogan; daughter, Dione Ross; son, Albert Ross; sisters, Eula Johnson and Odelia Hogan; brothers, Gerald and Wilbert Hogan; and grandson, Darnell Ross.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, June 24 at Magnolia United Methodist Church with a religious service to follow. Burial will be at Halfway Cemetery. (Williams & Southall)
