Louis Louviere

Louis Daley Louviere, 67, a native of Convent, La., and resident of Napoleonville, La., died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010.

He is survived by his wife, Henrietta Gros Louviere; son, Corey (Lisa) James; daughter, Tara Ann Louviere; two grandchildren, Lauren and Catherine Louviere; sister-in-law, Barbara Robertson; brother-in-law, Kenneth (Vera) Gros; nephews, Roy Jr., Dale (Cathy) and Rodney “Peanut” (Phyllis) Hernandez; nephews-in-law, Rodd (Amy) and Mickey (Reba) Robertson; nieces-in-law, Kelly (Richard) Simoneaux, Laura (Chris) Dille, Amy (Andy) Englert and Missy (Dwayne) Gray; great-nieces, Ashli and Bridgett Hernandez, Kristen Poirrier and Lee Anne Hernandez; great-nephew, David Hernandez; great-great-nephew, Treyton; great-great-nieces, Haley, Hannah and Mia; great nephews-in-law, Tyler, Logan and Cameron Robertson, Jarrett Simoneaux and Zachary Gray; great-nieces-in-law, Chelsea Robertson, Sarah and Anna Dille and Kate Gray; and godchildren, Dwayne Melancon, Roy J. Hernandez Jr. and Todd Breaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Daley and Berthilde Landry Louviere; brother-in-law, Charles Robertson; sister, Geraldine Ann Louviere Hernandez; nephew-in-law, Ken Mark Robertson; and godparents, Elizabeth Mackey and Ludgar Landry.

Mr. Louviere is buried at St. Philomena Catholic Church Cemetery in Labadieville.
