Louise Green Reed, 84, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, March 11, 2013.
Mrs. Reed was an usher. She enjoyed cooking and baking and was a cook with the Lafourche Parish School Board.
She is survived by her son, Gilbert Green; daughters, Delores Toups and Gale Jones; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Reed Sr.; parents, Celina and Henry Green; sons, Roland, Hernel, Leroy and Willie II Reed; and brother, Junius Green.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 16, at Morning Star Baptist Church in Raceland with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Community)
