Louise Baudoin Richard, 92, a native of Raceland, La., and a longtime resident of Harahan, La. and recently of Mandeville, La., died peacefully at her home, entering into eternal life with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 5, 2008.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosemary R. Graziano and husband, Dr. Frank Graziano; son, Ronald J. Richard and wife, Melinda; grandchildren, Frank J. Graziano and wife, Judy, Lisa G. Roberts and husband, Randal, Angela G. Pifer and husband, Nathan, all of Knoxville, Tn., Whitney Richard II and Dr. Gigi Richard; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Wilton Baudoin and wife, Norma, of Lockport, La.; and sister, Maybelle B. Caillet of Hahnville, La.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Whitney A. Richard; her parents, Taste Noel Baudoin and Inez Roussel; brothers, Earl, Hubert, Roy, Willard and Lloyd Baudoin; and great grandchild, Daniel Roberts.
Louise was a sweet, kind and loving lady who dearly loved her family. She will be loved forever and sadly missed by all that knew her.
The family sincerely thanks Dr. Jacque Guillot and his staff for compassionate and loving care. Her caregivers, Sharon Ecker, Terry Wolff and Cathy Koppenol of Home Instead Sr. Care and also Francine Roby and Carolyn Smiley for their devotion to “Miss Louise”.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2008, at Faith Presbyterian Church with a funeral service to follow. She will be buried at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery in Lockport.
