Mabel C. Harrell, 97, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Harahan, La., died Monday, Aug. 26, 2013.
She is survived by her children, Jean Hicks and Robert Harrell; siblings, Julius and Leo Carlos; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Harrell; two sisters; and two brothers.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Chauvin Funeral Home with services to follow. Interment will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Chauvin)
