Mable V. Green, 87, a native and resident of Klotzville, La., died Monday, May 30, 2011.
Mrs. Green was a retired employee at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Augustine Catholic Church, a member of Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary Sedonia Court 125 and Fourth Degree Ladies of Grace.
She is survived by her daughters, Laverne and Tina Green; sons, Darryl (Glenda) and Allen (Orelia) Green; brothers, Johnny and Leonard Larkins; sister/niece, Marilyn Livingston; sister-in-law, Annie Mae Larkins; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Green; sons, Morris Jr., Goval and David Green; parents, Larry and Alphonsine Larkins; and other siblings.
Burial was at St. Augustine Catholic Church Cemetery. (Williams and Southall)
