Margie G. Adams, 82, a resident and native of Lockport, La., died Thursday, May 17, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. A mass will be held at 10:30 Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Norman, Robert, Russell and Sidney Adams Jr.; her daughter, Dianna Folse; her brother, Allen Guidry; her sisters, Dorothy Pitre and Ella Mae Duplantis; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Adams Sr.; her parents, Vandon and Solange Babin Guidry; her sons, Colbert and David Adams; her brothers, Dudley, James and Jerry Adams; her sisters, Alice Cheramie, Bertha Terrebonne, and Judith Melancon; and two great-grandchildren.
She was a parishoner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
