Marie Babin, 96, a native of Raceland, La., and a resident of Luling, La., died Monday, March 17, at 8:57 p.m.
She is survived by her daughter, Fay Babin Kinler and husband, Julius; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar L. Babin; her parents, Loveless and Julie Brown Breaux; and sister, Nettie B. Ford.
She was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
She was buried at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.
Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
