‘Black Swan’ flick earning locals millions

Marie Alice Dion, 86, a native and resident of Dulac, La., died Thursday, March 10, 2011.
Mrs. Dion was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, John Verrett; sons, Adam Jr. and Ronald (Christle) Pierre, and Larry and Ernest (Sharon) Dion; daughters, Mary Alice (Elton) Dean, Marie Lillian (Adam Bourg), Marie Geraldine (Delvin) Parfait, Shirley (Jerry Steakley) and Christine (Harold) Billiot; brothers, Milton and John Dion; sister, Hazel Verdin; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel (Wilton) Lombas; father, Eliose (Angelle) Dion; husband, Adam Joseph Pierre; daughters, Hazel “T-Haze” Guidry and Diana Lynn Pierre; son, Joseph “T-Boy” Pierre; three granddaughters; and three grandsons.
She is buried at Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
