Cassidy: Louisiana has answers for nation’s woes

June 2, 2011Marie Aimee Marx, 87, a native of Chauvin, La., and resident of Harvey, La., died at 6:19 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2011.
She is survived by her sons, Lawrence and Harold Marx; daughters, Deborah Barrios and Cindy Lawrence; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Marx; parents, Forestal and Marie Duplantis Champagne; brother, Sheldon Champagne; and sisters, Theresa Chauvin, Marguerite Dupre, Rose Buquet and Anna C. Boney.
She is buried at St. Elie Cemetery. (Falgout)
