Marie Oncale Allemand Boquet, 81, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, March 9, 2010, in Houma.


She was survived by her husband, Morris Boquet of Florida; daughters, Judy (Clifford) Bonvillain of Lockport and Dorothy LeBoeuf of Houma; son, Kenneth (Bonnie) Allemand of Raceland; daughter-in-law, Tessie Allemand of Mathews; nine grandchildren, Erin, Mark, Joseph, Pamela, Samantha, Jean, Shane, Kristy and Alicia; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Ruel Allemand; parents, Theophile and Edna Braud Oncale; and son-in-law, Edward “Black” LeBoeuf.


Visitation will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, March 12, at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, and 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 13, at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.

She will be buried at Holy Savior Catholic Church Cemetery in Lockport.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
