Marjorie “Maude” Dugas Stoufflet, 96, a native and resident of Montegut, La., died Tuesday, April 14.
She is survived by her sons, Gilbert Stoufflet and wife Judy, and Ernest Stoufflet and wife Gail; daughter, Sally Ann Savoie and husband Eric; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest “Buster” Stoufflet; parents, Joseph and Theresa Crochet Dugas; daughter, Sally Braud; brothers, Harry, Lucius, Nolan and Louis Dugas; and sisters, Delores Pellegrin, Bernice Guidry, Flossie Keller, Virgie Cenac and Alma Dugas.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, April 16, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Montegut with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
