Mark James Oncale, 55, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Waggaman, La., died of cancer Friday, February 1, 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Donna R. Oncale; children, Alfred “Freddie” and Sara Sue Oncale; siblings, Kathleen O. Pitre, Frank A. Oncale, Cookie Brace, Raymond Oncale, Louis Guidry, Albert Guidry, Clarence and John Alonzo, Brian Pierce, Florence A. Voison, Judy G. Chaisson and May Guidry; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gayle A. Oncale; his parents, Alfred J. Oncale and Katherine Hoffman Oncale.
Mark was a material expediter.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Hilary of Poitier Church.
Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
