Mary Catherine Pellegrin Bouvier, 72, a native of Larose/Cut Off, La., and a resident of Cut Off, died Wednesday, October 1, at 3:41 a.m.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest Bouvier Jr.; son, Jerry Bouvier and wife Nanette; daughter, Catherine Gunn and husband Mike; brother, Harlan Pellegrin; sisters, Lucy Guidry and Agatha “Tee” Rhodes; and grandchildren, Cailin Gunn and Alaina Bouvier.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Neville and Lucy Lampo Pellegrin; and brother, N.J. Pellegrin.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Ladies Altar Society and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Services of the Crescent City, 5148 Taravella Rd., Marrero, La., 70072.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, October 4, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church with mass to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
