Mary Elizabeth Foret Blanchard, 81, a native of Donner, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, February 12,
She is survived by her son, Norris Blanchard Jr. and wife Peggy Ann; daughter, Kathleen Scott and husband Chris Scott Sr.; and brother, Alden Foret Sr.; grandchildren, Christy Hebert and companion Donnie Lirette, Kelly Hendon and husband Ronald, Chris Scott Jr. and companion Jessica Blanchard, Casey Blanchard and companion Paige Hebert, Chase Blanchard and Nora Blanchard; and great-grandchildren, Mason Hebert, Kane Hendon, Jai Hendon and Maddison Blanchard.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, February 16, at Chauvin Funeral Home with Liturgy of the Word to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chauvin, La.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
