December 12, 2011Mary Jacqueline Levert Andolsek, 73, a resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 1:25 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2011.
Mrs. Andolsek was a devoted wife and mother. She was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Louis Andolsek Sr.; son, Louis Jr. (Julie) Andolsek; daughter, Renee (Mickey) Jennings; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, L.C. Jr. and Winston Levert; and son, Eric Andolsek.
Burial was at St. John Catholic Church Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
