T’bonne businesses consider post-hurricane recovery plan

May 13, 2010Mary Frances Snyder Loupe, 82, a native of Louisville, Ky., and resident of Lockport, La., died at her home at 1:40 p.m. Sunday, May 2, 2010.
Mrs. Loupe is survived by her husband of 63 years, Johnny Loupe; sons, Anthony (Priscilla), Michael (LeeAnn) and Brian Loupe; daughters, Christine (Fay) Arcement and Lisa (Samuel) Ledet; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is buried at Holy Savior Catholic Church Mausoleum.
