Mary Marie Guy LeBouef, 75, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and a resident of Chauvin, La., died Wednesday, October 15.


She is survived by her husband, Edward Joseph LeBouef of Chauvin; 11 sons, Wiley Joseph LeBouef and companion Peggy Fanguy, Raymond Anthony LeBouef and wife Vicky, Willard Joseph LeBouef Sr. and wife Dianna, Gillis Joseph LeBouef and companion Irene Guidry, Ricky Paul LeBouef and wife Sherry, Richard Junius LeBouef and wife Roxanne, Timmy Joseph LeBouef and companion Angel Rodrigue, Tommy Joseph LeBouef and companion Peggy Naquin, Jimmy Joseph LeBouef and wife Stella, Hansen Joseph LeBouef and wife Donna, and Jerry Joseph LeBouef and wife Sheryl; five daughters, Mary Lou L. Lambash and husband Jessie, Mary Ann L. Billiot and husband Michael, Linda Ann L. Naquin and husband Marty, Brenda Lee L. Rodrigue and husband Michael, and Betty Marie L. Mills and husband Richard Jr.; one brother, Whitney Guy; two sisters, Hazel G. Scott and Vivian G. Eschete; 45 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Desire Guy and Julia Trahan Guy; one son, Edward Joseph LeBouef Jr.; one daughter, Mary Lee LeBouef; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; six brothers, Sidney, Henry, Wiley, Edison, Lawrence and Gilbert Guy; and four sisters, Fabolia G. Lirette, Evelina G. Authement, Louise G. Blanchard and Mabel G. Benoit.

She was a homemaker and a loving wife and mother of 18 kids. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, October 17, and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, October 18, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Chauvin. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
