Mary Guidroz Saunier, 45, a native of Raceland, La. and resident of Houma, La. died Friday, October 12, 2007, at 2:35 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, Tal Saunier; one son, Brandon Saunier; one daughter, Brook Saunier; her mother, Eileen Gaudet Guidroz; two sisters, Annette Braud and her husband Jody and Amy Chiasson and her husband Matthew; two brothers, Charles Guidroz and his wife Rayne and Harold Guidroz III; three nephews; and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Charles Guidroz, Jr.; and her grandparents, Firmin and Maxie Gaudet and Harold and Mildred Guidroz.
Mary was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Church in Houma. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, and watching movies with her children. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation is Tuesday, October 16, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church in Raceland. She will be buried in the St. Mary’s Nativity Cemetery in Raceland.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Mathews is in charge of the arrangements.
