Mathilda Adams Matherne

Mathilda “Ma Til” Adams Matherne, 92, a native and resident of Larose, La., died Friday, April 9, 2010 at 6:15 a.m.

Mrs. Matherne was a parishoner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and was a member of the Ladies Altar Society. She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Errol (Azalie) Matherne; daughters, Deanna (Russell) Allemand; sister, Emelda Dufrene; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Matherne is buried at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
