Matthew Rae Addis, 20, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Monday, January 28, 2008.
He is survived by his parents, Debra Addis and Chris Sons; stepdad, Roger Quantrom; grandmother, Susie Heiser; grandfather, Joseph Addis; brother (Bubby), Nicholas Shinall; stepbrother, Andrew Quanstrom; half-sister, Chrissy Sons; half-brother, Sean Sons; nieces, Promise Shinall, Emah Shinall and Auah Shinall; and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his aunts, Melissa Rae Addis and Rhonda Jo Addis.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2008, at Thibodaux Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at the funeral home chapel.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
