Mattie Cummings, 92, a resident of Franklin, La., died at 11:50 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2010.
She is survived by her son, Nathaniel Cummings III; daughters, Natalie Verdun, Patricia Aubry and Margaret Lewis; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
She is buried at St. Jules Catholic Church Cemetery.
