March 23, 2012Maude Mildred Dorsey, 103, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Schriever, La., died Saturday, March 10, 2012.
She is survived by her sons, Anthony (Mary) and Eugen Dorsey; daughters, Betty Dorsey and Jeanne (Eugene) Stafford; 12 grandchildren; and three generations of great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Dorsey; parents, Westley and Easter Brooks; daughters, Helen Williams and an infant daughter; four brothers; and four sisters.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 17, at Sunlight Baptist Church in Schriever. (Community)
